The hotel’s location and facilities were excellent. The staff were especially helpful and friendly. Due to personal reasons, I had to shorten my stay by one day. Even though I requested the cancellation of my last night’s stay only four hours before check-out, they canceled it free of charge and provided a full refund. Although the amount was not very large, their approach was incredibly considerate and humane. Thank you very much for your kindness and understanding. -

The location incredible and the regular golf buggy transfer to the beautiful beach - fabulois. Each day we returned to a perfectly cleaned and tidied room. The staff were so helpful.

Location and cleanliness. Something’s that seemed advertised were actually not at the hotel like laundry and parking.

Good beds. Good water pressure. Very clean. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. You must request that the front desk turn on the A/C. No notice in the room that this is necessary so controls are frustratingly inoperatve). Disappointed that ALL amenities like the jacuzzi/hot tub are expensive add-ons. Tiny shower.(2 ft square). Six inch step up in bathroom to access toilet is a nighttime trip hazard without any nightlight.

The first room had walls with marks and handprints on the sides and basically no windows. Also the Spa has very limited hours access and must be booked in advance. Quite an unfortunate experience.

The location was great, close to restaurants and sites. Breakfast was good, and bed was comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The A/C was turned off in the morning. We had to ask staff not to turn it off when we were there until mid-morning.

Well appointed rooms in an historic building. Very well located on the main piazza. Close to everything. Shuttle to beach. Staff was very accommodating. Elevator was out of order for a period of time.

The property was located in the center of everything. Walking distance to the port, resturants, shopping etc! There were no changing mirrors in our rooms. The air conditions could have been stronger.
