The staff was wonderful, room was clean and cute very accommodating Unfortunately the room I stayed in the mattress was terrible, had a hard time sleeping on it, I had to fold up the bedspread and lay on it

Great location to walk around town. The hotel is very airy, peaceful, and comfortable. We also loved sitting out by the fountain.

We had the suite on the top floor, with two large rooms and a huge terrace with a nice view over the little square in front of the hotel (and some limited sea view as well). We stayed for two weeks with our 20-month old daughter. We liked the hotel very much, the staff was great, always friendly and helpful, the suite was very spacious and comfortable, the bathroom was modern and kept very clean, there is definitely some "old world charm" in the furniture and decor in the rooms. The breakfast was OK - perhaps not a lot of choice and variety (same stuff everyday), but I guess this is justified by the size of the hotel. The location of the hotel is ideal, close to the main street, close to the sea, the food in the Gusto pizzeria/restaurant just next to the hotel is delicious. Overall a very positive experience. The hotel could perhaps use some maintenance work, fixing a few things, a splash of paint here and there, nothing major. Also, for some reason the cleaning staff apparently ignores the existence of the huge terrace in the suite in which we stayed - the floor of the terrace was already a bit dirty when we arrived, with previous guests' trash in the ashtray on the table. We asked for it to be at least swiped, but it was never done and I do not think the cleaning staff ventured onto the terrece even once during our two-weeks' stay. It wasn't a big deal for us though, we still used the terrace everyday with great pleasure. The downsides are minor things, though. Overall the hotel is very nice, great value for money, and we would definitely stay there again.

Breakfast was pretty good. Fresh fruit , lovely yoghurt. Plenty of pastries etc Wi-Fi didn’t work at all for iPhones but worked ok for my husband’s android.

Location was great! Short walk to the beach and restaurants ? great value for price

The position is perfect, the room was comfortable, wifi and a/c worked greatly, breakfast was good and both people I dealt with at Reception were very friendly and helpful! Try Gusto restaurant next door, absolutely fantastic! Not one single issue to report Nothing that I can think of

Staying in La Piazzetta was the best desition we make in our Sicilian holidays. The hotel is an absolute gem in a beautiful town. The hotel is beautiful, the staff is amazing and they make you feel at home. The help us to move around the area with a lot of love and suggested us the best restaurants in the area with the sensitivity to understand what we were looking for. We were supposed to go only for 2 nights and we end up staying 5. We couldn’t leave!! Thank you for all the love to the team, see you soon!!!!
