Loved the breakfast and staff, all kind and helpful, always smiling. Loved the daily refresh to the rooms. The rooms and breakfast area was very clean and spotless and staff is always smiling. No luggage racks in the rooms for luggage. Always came home to a warm room due to the key system. Should be able to keep at least on somewhat cool while away.

Excellent staff, diverse breakfast options, great location, nice spa services (had a nice pedicure), central location, available concierge services who cheerfully arranged a day trip for me. Overall, a most pleasant experience. I hope to return! No laundry service available. No clothes iron/board in the room however it can be requested.

Low value for money. The room was not confortable. No facilities to open and manage the suitcase. No closet or other room for clothes. No room for toaletery in the bathroom. There is a pool at the hotel, but use is restricted to one hour for free, and after that you have to pay 5 Euros per hour. Breakfast was very simple.

Lovely room and balcony - exceptionally clean. Staff were helpful and happy to book restaurants. You needed to book the private terrace which I wasn’t sure about but in practice the system worked well.

Great location for exploring Castellamare del Golfo. Delicious breakfast. Parking on crowded, narrow, steep streets.

Excellent breakfast (gluten free option too), close to everything, clear rooms We asked extra blanket for kids (it wasn't enough for 2 people) we received only for the 2nd night. Because of early check-out asked for cold breakfast, but wasn't packaged it. No water in the rooms (very small rooms) at last morning, AC didn't work well at last night. Receptiomist shoud be nicer, parking in the street. Not wellness hotel, have to pay for the pool
