The free parking quick communication The sheets were dirty, the towels extremely hard almost sand paper like. No hygiene stuff, and although we are dog lovers some dog was barking all night. Also walls so thin you can hear the person in the other room burp.

There was a pool. Really dated. Felt like a motel. Very basic rooms. No hot water. Noisy. You could hear everything the people in the next rooms said. No access to local shops or restaurants. It's a good 20 mins walk down to the beach and at night there are no street lights or pavement.

The location was ideal. By car a lot of the famous spots were reachable within 30-40 minutes. The room was very convenient. The pool was very nice too (clean, big, comfortable). The host was extremely helpful and likeable.

The pool view and the pool area and the fact that the host was very accommodating with the breakfast every single morning. we had coffees and food and it was very appreciated. The property would be in need of modernization. The toilet in the bedroom we stayed, was dirty, walls were dirty and the shower was leaking, very small basin and the water was overflowing. I think if the walls would be repainted and the bathrooms redecorated, the property could be a great stay as the room sizes (the ones at 1st floor) are very good.

The apartment itself is more on the basic side; it has a large private parking, a pool, a supermarket close nearby, beach within walkable (however, not very close) distance. The beach was also easily reachable by car (parking spots were available there). Breakfast looked similar to a regular Sicilian breakfast you get in a hotel, however, with a nice touch from the owner, like a wider choice of bakery.

The B&B has a nice pool although we haven't use it The room was not very clean and services were very basic, as the breakfast.

Clean, cozy room. We had everything we need.Nice view with pool where you can get some rest in quiet environment. Lovely owner with their sons, very helpful and easy to talk. Location is perfect for someone who wants to travel around. Highly recommend :) Everything was fine

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, AC Extremly thin walls can hear neighbours. The bathroom could have been cleaner

The pool was lovely for the kids. A good size with lovely surroundings. Shower curtain fell down. Towels a bit tattered.

Everything was spot on from the owner who is a gentleman and works very hard to keep clean and make sure everyone is happy to the comfortable bed, nice views from the terrace,less than 5 minutes drive to the town centre where you can find a large variety of bars and restaurants. 3 min to the supermarkets. 2 min the nearest beach ( playa) not crowded. Trust me is the best value for the money the location ?
