The breakfast was fresh made and included eggs to order, fresh squeezed orange juice, freshly made cakes and breakfast pastries made by the host, Jasper, himself, along with homemade jams made from fruits from his garden with grape sugar and no other added sugar. I could have eaten a bowlful of those jams. Fresh espresso is a staple in Italy and Jasper's was perfecto! If you're lucky you may get to try some of his homemade Mango cello, like the Italian staple Lemon cello, only made with fresh mangoes, again, from his garden. It was a taste of heaven, if you love mangoes. I didn't like that I had to leave. I would have stayed longer, and even asked if I could, however, his place is fully booked, so I'm grateful that this was the place I landed when I arrived in Sicily for the first time in almost 30 years. It was certainly a welcome retun.

Very clean, spacious, with interesting design elements. Had an interesting chat with the host about all the different rooms. Delicious and fresh breakfast. Nothing

Finish to the property and attention to detail was exceptional - bedroom great size, bathroom shower and lay out was superb. Pictures are accurate but stll do not do it justice. Breakfast again exceeded expectations-homemade cakes, jams , freshly squeesed orange juice, eggs to order etc etc. But the crowning glory was the host himself - Gaspare - so friendly and welcoming. Gave us suggestions re restuarants [again bang on], thermal spa and other places to see - could not have been more helpful. End result was we extended our stay which speaks for itself. nothing - maybe better signage outside.- Review should include my name - John. Should not be anonymous- ensure this is the case

There was nothing to complain or what we did not like. Breakfast might maybe benefit from a little extra offer of salty, f.e.local cheese or salami. For guests not into sweet breakfast. The location was quiet and hood, and as to expect a bit outside center. But really nothing to nit be happy abaout

The location was very convenient, an easy 30 minute drive from Palermo airport where we had just flown in and picked up a car. Gaspare greeted us on arrival and showed us where to park i.e. right outside. The house and room had interesting decorations and the view from the roof top terrace where we had breakfast was spectacular. The breakfast itself was a particular highlight; a lovely selection of delicious freshly home prepared sweets and savouries. Nothing

Our owner/host, Gaspare is a True Renaissance man- he created a modern, comfortable & beautiful home with character & charm. The freshly made breakfast with home made apple cake complemented by his home made jams was excellent. Great attention to details! We highly recommend this special place, in a great location, with spectacular views!

We had such a wonderful stay here! The place was spotlessly clean, which made us feel comfortable and at ease right away. The breakfast was delicious, fresh, and offered a great variety that really set us up for the day. What truly made the experience stand out was the host — extremely welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and felt right at home.

The property is beautiful! The attention to detail shows the love that went into the place.

Comfortable and clean. Convenient for our day excursions to Lo Zingaro and Segesta ( incredible! ). But what really made this place special was the personal attention of the host: Gaspare went above and beyond, staying up when our plane was delayed and we did not get in until close to 1am, and also made some of the most delicious local treats for breakfast. The surroundings are not too pretty ( but the views up the mountains and across the sea are!)

I can't understand how this accommodation hasn't got a 10. How anyone has found anything to fault is beyond me.There was nothing to fault. Gaspare the host is amazing. There is nothing he wouldn't do to ensure his guests are comfortable. We had homemade bread, cake and jam for breakfast in a lovely rooftop room/ terrace. The design of the room and all communal areas is amazing. We've never seen anything like the huge shower with it's tiled seat and massage option and fragrant toiletries. There was a fridge with drinks left for us, along with cake and a variety of teas. He gave us great advice about other places on our itinerary. It's in a very quiet street but around the corner are cafes and a supermarket and it's a nice walk down to the large sandy beach. Also if you arrive by bus to Bar Sorgento, the bus stop is literally 3 minutes away. If you drive there is ample parking. Nothing

Thw propery located in a quite street, few minutes drive from the marina. Then property is well maintained, clean and decorated nicely.

  • Engine customer Oct 2024

We loved the decoration, the comfortable bed and great shower, and how quiet the room was. Parking was also very easy, it is a quiet area and there was plenty of space in the street. But mostly we really liked our host, Gaspare, who made us a delicious breakfast and was super kind :)

  • Engine customer Oct 2024

The place is clean, quiet, there’s parking right up front. The place is also new and everything works great. Gaspare was the best host - he cooked us an amazing breakfast, was so welcoming and you can tell he loves what he does. So much love is poured into this place and we definitely felt it during our short stay. None. Perfect stay.

Beautiful room! Tile in the bathroom was gorgeous. Very comfortable bed, linens and pillows. Had the breakfast of dreams lovingly prepared by our amazing host Gaspare. A Sicilian sandwich of tomatoes, cheese, anchovies on beautiful bread. I don’t even like anchovies and it was delicious! Followed by homemade cannoli prepared right at the table, mango from his own farm. What a lovely man! Nothing! Would have loved to stay another night!

  • Engine customer Sep 2024

The room is very clean and has all that may be needed. The mattress is super comfortable and the location is quiet. The view from our room was amazing, facing the mountains. Parking is free and just behind the door. We received a warm welcome from Gaspare, with his delicious homemade breakfast and all the assistance including a free sun umbrella. You can feel the passion and style in every small detail. This experience made our vacation unforgettable. Thank you Gaspare, and wish you prosperity. Nothing. All was fine. Thanks a lot Gaspare

Very friendly owner, room was very clean. Very tasty breakfast on the roof of the building with self-made pie and fresh fruit from owners' own gardens. There is enough space to park a car near to the building for free. There is also a jacuzzi on the rooftop. We haven't used it, but it's a nice bonus for a relaxing evening.

  • Engine customer Sep 2024

Everything was exceptional! The level of service was outstanding! Breakfast was delicious, the best I had! The rooms are carefully decorated and the bed was very comfortable! The host of this b&b is truly exceptional! So nice and so attentive to our needs. I would recommend this place to everyone without a doubt! What a beautiful place! Nothing, everything was perfect !
