Location. Friendly staff and the view! Service at the restaurant for evening meal was not very good. Had to track down waiter to get anything.

We only stayed one night, we needed to leave the next day for Naples Airport, wish it could’ve been longer. The view of Naples Bay was stunning. Driving the car to the hotel was difficult to say the least. Navigation was having a tough time even finding it. The staff at the hotel did help and everything was good, but it wasn’t easy.

No communication from hotel staff before we arrived. Couldn't get a taxi (apparently the services don't answer the phone for call for service), the bus stops were poorly marked with no timetable. We had to walk, to the hotel with all of our luggage, which included going up stairs for 850 ft. If you need a cab or transportation from the train station, call the hotel and they will help book one for you. It would have better to know about how to acquire transportation ahead of time since staff stated this was a known issue.

All the staff is exceptional. They are extremely helpful and make you feel at home. The views are fantastic and the food excellent.

The staff are incredible, they have excellent costumer service skills. They are always ready to help and very helpful will every request. The pool needs an update. Texting else was perfect.
