The staff was very helpful, they offered us shaved ice because of the hot weather and they even took us to the nearest train station on departure day.

Everything was perfect, the staff, the food was excellent (breakfast and dinner) compliments to the chef. The reception staff always very nice and helpful and cleaning staff as well. And very clean too. Thank you for everything and for sure we will be back next year! Grazzie! nothing, everything was exceptional.

Great room size, wonderful black out shutter, nice balcony with a fantastic view. More towels than you'd ever know what to do with. Hotel has a pool, which seemed pretty decant size from our window, however we did not go to it as we didn't had much spare time other than crashing the night. The hotel offers a great parking option with plenty of space. Wasn't really anything that we particularly disliked. Hotel did seemed a tad stuck in the past, the interior, curtains, bed covers, etc. That said, we had a great nights sleep, we everything we needed was there, for the price I paid, I am not complaining one bit.

Room was very good size. Breakfast was great. Nice pool

Staff was very friendly and rooms were nice. The restaurant next to the lobby made great meals and offered great breakfasts. Parking was generous, too. It was a bit scary driving towards the hotel from the central city as it required going down extremely narrow one lane streets and we felt often that the walls were closing in on our car before we got to the front of the hotel.

The staff Bad location. We had to walk everyday and night through bad inclined road to hills into a dark tunel between crazy scooter drivers and cars with no sidewalks! There are no taxis in the area btw. Very poor breakfast. by 8:00 everything was gone. They dont do refill one day we had only coffee because nothing left. The hotel is old, smells funny. The elevator was only for one person. the room had no sea view as it was written or pool view or any garden view. i payed 500€ for 5 nights for two adults which you can pay in Dubai for 4 stars hotel. This hotel deserves 2 stars for a max. One for the staff and one for the pool otherwise its very poor. Its a hotel for 60 years old and above. We never met young people there. Really disappointed.

The staff were kind and helpful, the pool is great to cool off after a day walking around Pompeii. A little bit of a trek up the hill and through a small tunnel to reach the hotel but also good to be away from the noise of the busy traffic.
