The facility is in the country-side, useful to reach the iconic location such as Alberobello, Polignano and Ostuni (by car). It has a private parking and the rooms are provided with modern TV and AC. The breakfast is very tasty and reach. I really didn't like the way the host told us our room was not available. He told us we had two other options: move to the suite for the two nights, but paying the price difference, or use one room for one night and move to our booked room for the last night. We chose to pay for the suite, because moving the luggages would have been uncomfortable. I think in both cases we didn't get what we booked for. Moreover, we were in a suite where the bed was very short and without wardrobe. We had to put our clothes on the chairs. Lastly, there is a jacuzzi, but you have to pay also for that. At the end of the day, we pay 100 € per night for an Ikea showroom-like room.

It was comfortable for us to reach an event location for the night that we stayed and close to the town of Conversano which was a plus. They brought a plug adapter for our baby's milk warmer which was appreciated. We were not aware that our rooms were external to the main villa structure, felt like sleeping in a zimmer rather than a room in a B&B/villa even though they inserted facilities to make it feel like a room. No noise isolation meant we heard every single car and truck that passed by, and tons of light at 6AM because there was no proper curtains or light-blocking solutions. Made it very hard to sleep with a newborn. We left at the break of dawn, and even though we didn't have breakfast, we still paid the full rate. Not a big deal but all things considered, it would have been nice. We didn't see the other rooms in the property but for those specific rooms, the rates should be lower. Just make sure to request a room in the main building and it should be fine according to what other travelers are saying.

The location was close to everything at a short driving distance. The parking was safe and within closed gates. The room was a bit small but very cosy and comfortable. All necessities were available.

The room was perfectly prepared and tidy. We stayed here in January. There were also blankets if we were cold. We could heated the room by air conditioning. The water was warm. There was free parking on site. The owner couldn't speak English but we understood each other :) There was WIFI. Breakfast was served in the town at Mirò Café. (Before that, breakfast was served directly at the accommodation.) There was a sweet and savory pastry to choose from. Coffee and tea. we Thank you very much. In the common room there was a electric kettle but there wasn´t a wine corkscrew.

As we are all aware an Italian breakfast can span from a cup of coffee to something more. The assortment in the breakfast room was very reasonable where the owner provided an excellent morning service. Parking was free inside the enclosed property with no problem to park. Our room and private bathroom was pleasantly decorated. The property is located about 3 km from the town centre where we found a couple of reasonable restaurants for our evening meal which noted as in most of the southern part open between 20.00 and 21.00.
