Location is good, close to the caves and restaurants. Comfortable bed, good size room. Aircon worked well. Plenty of parking space and able to leave the car on the final morning whilst we did the cave tour. Owner and staff not good at English. Disappointing breakfast. None of the food was covered and items kept running out and had to ask for more. Would have liked some cheese with the ham and boiled egg. No coat hangers in the wardrobe.

The location is very good, especially for drivers. The place looks as it is on the pictures. People are very nice. However, I would love if the hosts care more about their animals. The poor young cats are starving despite the guests leaving plenty of food, for example, after breakfast. The entrance door goes straight to the internal way, so in the morning, there is a bit noisy. As I have written, that would be nice if the hosts would care more about their cats.

Breakfast was amazing! 4 kinds of localy baked cakes, yoghurt, eggs, saliami, sausages etc. - great choice!!! Very comfortable bed and clean bed sheets.

Everthing went well. Loction is perfect for business and for holiday. Thr room is very confortable and clean. I need gluten free products so I didnt have a brackfast only breakfast as gluten free products were not available.

I love this place . very accomodating and it has peace and quiet its very far from the city . if you want to just relax you can be here . I love the breakfast . They are also very friendly ?

Breakfast was excellent. Very conveniently located. No problem at all during our stay. However, after paying EUR 127 in cash, the same amount was withdrawn from my account again, presumably by mistake. Contacted the host who agreed to correct the double payment, but he has only refunded EUR 50 so far, despite several reminders. No cash slip was issued and EUR 77 is still outstanding.

A pleasant place to stay for a visit to the caves. Restaurants are around and the entrance to the cave is around 300m away. It is a private building with a garden, B&B type. Not a lot to do in addition to the caves, but there is a bus going to the Castellana Grotte center or you can visit the nearby Alberobello. The hotel itself is located next to the Grotte di Castellana train stop, however at the time of our visit the railway was under reconstruction so we used replacement buses. The breakfast was good, and included home-made pie. The owner is very helpful, and we arranged transfer to Monopoli with him. Just have in mind that the staff English is not very good and knowing some Italian will be very helpful.

Breakfast was really good. Room was huge, got a living room with small kitchen (openspace) and big bedroom with bathroom. Wi-Fi had no range in our room, had to go outside building and get around to connect.
