A beautiful hotel the staff was very helpful and happy to help. the lady at the reception was delightful as well. Breakfast was good and the property is beautiful . Nothing bad

I only stayed one night to catch an early flight from Catania. I enjoyed my stay and liked Catania very much

The place was exceptionally clean, and it had some lovely spaces and furniture. Plus- I really enjoyed having a balcony. I wish we had received 2 keys per room, so each person could have a key.

I had a wonderful stay at the Katane Palace Hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with directions or recommendations. The room was spacious, quiet, and extremely clean, with a comfortable bed and classic décor that matched the hotel’s elegant atmosphere. The location is perfect — just a short walk from Via Etnea and the main attractions. Overall, a great choice for anyone visiting Catania. I would definitely stay here again!

Prior to my arrival, I called the front desk to request a quick service for airport transportation to the hotel. The staff was prompt and ensured the driver picked me up at a favorable time with frequent communication. When I arrived, the staff member, a gentleman, was very friendly and welcoming and provided me with a map of places to go and things to see in the city. He was very personable and accommodating. My room was well maintained with complimentary drinks. I really admired the beautiful interior design and the overall aesthetics. It was a great experience! The breakfast offered was also very good as well. I would highly recommend this location to others! The only issue I had was the the WIFI connection was weaker in the exterior dining location where I had breakfast in the morning. Otherwise, great overall.

The room was Ok, though it didn't have slippers! Also the breakfast quality can improve as the main focus was on sweets. Everything was Ok

Great location, not right in the centre but still close and on quiet streets. The staff are very nice and helpful. The hotel has both a restaurant and a bar on sight to relax in the evening.

- friendly and helpful staff - private parking garage - spacious and comfortable rooms - it’s clear that the hotel was luxurious at some point, but it needs some renovations and upgrades. - old tv, no international channels, AC was barely working - breakfast was very poor, hard rock bread buns, trays were rarely refilled after 9am; juice and water served in paper cups (??) and nespresso pods for coffee. Coffee cups poorly washed in between uses. All in all, this feels at most like a 3-star hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at Katane Palace Hotel. Hotel has a vintage vibe and nice inner yard. Good location, close to city center and you can park your car for free at the streets nearby. Room was always clean, bed was comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Good WiFi. The breakfast also was good. Everything was fine.
