This place is amazing. Its like home but better

Great property with the most welcoming staff. A big surprise was the delicious dinner we had there. It was excellent! It is a little hard to get to, but well worth it.

Clean, cozy, nice staff, best aperol ever ❤️

The staff was very attentive and helpful. They go the extra step to help their customers. The hotel had a calm and relaxed atmosphere. The breakfast was very good. The parking was very good. The neighborhood was very safe. The decor of Ollen is modern contemporary. The grounds are well maintained. However the pool itself needed a little maintenance. The decking was a little loose. We had a Deluxe apartment. There was only one night table by our queen size bed.

Clean, quiet, nicely decorated & well organized. An oasis. We spent several weeks in Sicily & we all needed some quiet time to recover. And we had the option to take several tours! We walked to several local delicatessen but in the future we would definitely consider a car to see the area.

Nice modern hotel close to all amenities. Location is not close to the beach if you don't have a car. Nothing

We had a lovely stay at Ollen! The apartment was very clean, spacious, and stylish — exactly as pictured. The staff was friendly and helpful. While the location is outside the city center, it's perfect if you have a rental car, with easy parking and quiet surroundings. Would definitely stay again.

It’s modern clean and great location. The rooms were spacious and high spec. The staff were super friendly, specially Alvaro and Maria at the reception and the staff at the kitchen/restaurant. They made our stay extra special. The breakfast was phenomenal too. Everything was great.

Perfectly clean, comfortable apartament in a new facility, fully equipped for a short and longer business stays. Helpful personel, access to fitness equipment, beautiful views, spacious and peaceful accomodation. Delicious breakfasts, with changing menu, freshly served coffee.

This property could be the most affordable and clean place you can find in Catania, especially when traveling with my mother. The entire reception and staff are extremely friendly and respectful. They are always ready to assist you with anything you need. The housekeeping team is excellent as well; while you're out during the day, they tidy up your room and make minimal adjustments to keep things in order. The breakfast is quite filling, though I think the charcuterie section could offer a wider variety of cold cuts (for those who don't eat pork). Other than that, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The charcuterie section at breakfast could offer a wider variety of meats. Additionally, there were several floral-scented air fresheners placed in the room, and the overwhelming perfume scent became quite uncomfortable after a while. It started to be bothersome, and it took hours of ventilation before fresh air could finally enter and clear out the strong smell.

Every thing Nothing

New building, the guy at the reception was very nice, the flat was spacious and well equipped. Parking right in front for 5€ per day. Jacuzzi/pool available, but we didn't use it. They offer breaktfast (Eggs, coffee, bread, cake, etc. Sufficient, I guess), but we didn't go, as we made our own breakfast upstairs. All in all a very nice stay and we'd recommend it :) Just consider that it's not right in the old town, so you def. need a car to get around No sponge, no dish soap, no oil, no paper towels, so consider that you have to buy all that stuff. Should be included in my opinion. In the end we had to leave like 10 sponges, a whole bottle of oil, a whole bottle of soap and a few rolls of paper towels behind. Hopefully they keep them for the next guests, so they don't have the same issue

Marianna was very friendly and welcoming.

The apartment was so lovely and clean and the staff were so friendly and helpful especially with getting to the airport. The breakfast was delicious with scrambled eggs cooked for us! The walk to the historic centre was about 40 minutes. It was fine for us but others may struggle as the walk back is up hill but the buses run to nearby.

This was the perfect stay for us. Located in a quiet neighbourhood, it is an oasis of calm and comfort. Soft cotton sheets, comfortable beds, good a/c, small and fantastic staff - especially Marianna. We look forward to going back. Nothing!

Great place, feels very safe and private

Marianna was amazing and very helpful in providing information on where to eat for the evening as there was an event being held in the hotel the night we stayed. They also allowed us some time to unwind in the jacuzzi before they started the preparations for the party which was very much appreciated after our long drive from Italy. I can not fault the hotel, the only thing if I have to say something, was the WiFi was a little weak/slow

The apartment was ideal for us - just what we needed, & the quiet location was perfect. Meals were delicious, and the menu was very varied. All staff were wonderful and couldn't have been more accommodating :) Nothing at all - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
