Very friendly staff with excellent communications prior to our arrival. Helped us to reserve a hotel private transportation to airport which was comfortable, convenient and very reasonable price. The hotel is located in a pedestrian only zone and major sites are all within walking distance. Our suite is newly renovated, clean and comfortable for three adults. Breakfast was very good. Nothing.

Location was excellent and rooms were nice but small. Winter season has no air conditioning and temperatures reached 86 degrees with no options for cooling. Tried opening a window and welcomed several buzzing mosquitos.

That didn’t supply daily complementary water which every other hotel on the trip provided. The bathroom worked fine it was just a little small.

It had a pleasant rooftop bar Dirty curtains in room. Electrical sockets unmoored, coming out of the walls.

Great, central location. Good breakfasts. Lovely room and terrific staff. Service at the rooftop bar/restaurant was really slow. The water pressure in the shower was weak.
