Location, absolutely kind helpful stuff. If I could suggest something it would be just a little things such as lack of hangers and shelf’s in the bathroom, sockets for charging the phone away from the bed. Also a bottle of water would be nice for the guests.

1. Their concept of a queen bed was putting two twin beds together, not the best idea. 2. No shelving units in the bathroom for toiletries or in the shower. These are simple to put up and makes a guest's life easier.

The location was wonderful, very central with an amazing view of Etna. The staff was excellent, communicative, and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable. The kitchenette was poorly equipped and not very clean. For instance, there were only two spoons for the entire B&B, and the stove didn’t work so that we couldn’t cook anything. Additionally, the table in our room was very wobbly; it had a broken leg that wasn’t even glued in place, just loosely attached and supported by a piece of cardboard. Wi-fi didn't work.

The location is awesome ... you see mount Etna from your balcony There was no fridge in the room ... only at the end of the floor... but it was ok

Great location on via Etnea, very close to Piazza Stesicoro. Air conditioning and big room, comfortable beds. Lift to the room. The door lock was faulty and the door was difficult to open. I reported the problem to the staff and they said they were aware of it, but did not offer any solution. Upon my express request, they gave me a number to call in case of emergency, after the reception closing time. The room was quite dark, one of the lamps did not work. A boiler to make coffee/tea and a small fridge in the room would be useful additions.

The hotel is across the road from the airport bus, which takes 30 mins and runs every 20 mins, and is on an almost pedestrianised shopping street. It's a short walk to the Duomo and restaurant area, as well as the monastery and castle. The room was available early, and was clean and comfortable. We were only there during the day for a nap and a shower before catching a late night flight out.

The room was not the one on pictured here. I told the receptionist that there must be a mistake, since I booked a room with a balcony so I can smoke. He told me that I could just smoke outside the window. The next day I found a surprise in the form of a dead cockroach. Having been to South Asia, I've had cockroaches in rooms before but those cost you 5 Dollars and not 60 Euros..
