I really loved the design of the hotel—it’s beautifully done. The room was a standard size, very clean, and comfortable. The location is convenient, not far from the train station and the city center. Key pickup was simple and hassle-free. I can definitely recommend this place!

Great location, a few minutes walk from popular places. We got a nice and clean room. Easy check-in based on the information provided. So everything was fine and I recommend it to everyone :)

The location is good, as the accommodation is close to the city center and it's possible to explore the center on foot. There’s also a nice bar nearby with good breakfasts and convenient parking available for the car. The accommodation also has a lovely, spacious shared terrace. If the hygiene were better, the rooms better ventilated, and the bathrooms slightly renovated, the place would be great. We booked two rooms with our family. Unfortunately, the rooms had a very unpleasant, musty smell. Upon arrival, the floors hadn’t been freshly cleaned, and the faucets in the bathroom were very dirty and worn out. The shower faucet in the family room didn’t work at all. The curtain in the family room was very dirty and stained with juice from people who stayed there before us, and the wardrobe in the bedroom was full of crumbs. Breakfast was supposed to be included, but in the morning there was no one in the kitchen. Due to the poor hygiene, we definitely won’t be coming back. It’s a shame, because the location isn’t bad – there’s nearby parking and easy walking access to the town for exploring.

In the centre of sicily, really easy to go around the market, shops and restaurants by foot.

Nothing. Even that I had breakfast included in my reservation, in this morning there was a female who didn’t let us even a coffee saying that we didn’t have breakfast. I showed her the reservation terms, i tried to explain her, but she didn’t want to hear us and talked only in italian. We tried to call the host, we messaged them, but no answer. At 8:30 am we packed and wanted to go, but she blocked us, requesting our id s. She seemed to talked to the host at the phone, explaining the situation. After I told her again that I only speak English and that we have to recieve a refund for our breakfast, she yelled at us and told us IN ENGLISH to get out from the building. I must mention that I am visible pregnant.

The room was perfect, quiet and extremely clean. The bed was very comfortable, the room temperature was excellent. The location also is fairly convenient. The instructions upon arrival were very clear, and the hosts extremely polite.

Very nice accommodation in the city center, close to all important sites. Comfy beds, very nice bathroom. All clean and quite. We really welcomed the opportunity opportunity to use shared fridge and even microwave. The breakfast was just extremelly sweet cakes, tarts and croissants. Just few slices of ham or cheese would be very appriciate it. On the other hand there was a plenty of it.

Big bed and shower. High level of security. There was thick dust inside the closet cabinet where clothes would be hung and stored. We had to keep our clothes in our luggage. We cleaned a bit, but the dust was very thick and we did not have the rags / cleaning items to effectively clean this up.

Just bathtub, and friendly personal. There was a really strong mold smell which is unhealthy! Also the room was dusty and not so much clean. That’s could be forbidden, to named it as breakfast. Some cakes (from grocery) and just one coffee.

The staff was very prompt when asked to clean up the room The breakfast is only made up by sweets, so we had to buy our own food. Moreover, our room didn't have ventilation in the bathroom (windows or an electrical system), so the bathroom had a moldy smell.
