Valentina is an outstanding host. She took the time to help us sort out our activities in Catania. She and her husband helped us out of an awkward situation with good grace. View of Etna from our balcony. Walking up the stairs. WiFi connection was intermittent.

We had our flight cancelled late night, so we managed to get in touch around midnight via phone and they agreed to check us in and also have a late check out next morning. Communication in English was great too. Everyone was really nice, location is excellent and it was comfortable. Would recommend high value for the money.
