The hotel is in a great location and has a stylish, welcoming atmosphere. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. The electrical outlets seemed to provide low power, so my electronic devices charged much more slowly than expected.

Everything was good!
-
Filthy and stinky, we couldn't bare staying there and left. We lost the money by leaving and booking another hotel.
-
The hotel is located in a beautiful historic building: the staff was very helpful and nice!

Very unique hotel with a lot of character. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very nice and the outside sitting area was lovely. The hotel is right across the street from the train station which is convenient if you are walking to and from the train t at action. There is about a 15 minute walk to the historic district and restaurants. I would stay here again.

Across from Catania central train station where we wanted to be to get to transfer to airport the next morning, Room decent for a 1 night stay. Breakfast good.
-
View from our room , but in the side street of a town...cant expect much more than the side of the next building

I like that it was very close to the train station. The room was big. The breakfast and coffee were very good. The staff was nice to work with in person. The blow dryer was older and didn’t get hot or blow out much air. The hotel is a little far from some of the better places to see and eat, at night can be a little sketchy. Although the staff was responsible and respectful in person, they were not very responsive to messages or emails.

Walking distance from central station/airport Alibus. Also breakfast was nice. My room (121) was noisy due to water tubes running through it. Missed at least 4 hours of sleep because of that. The staff were just "sorry" about it. Never coming back again here.

Close to the train station. Delightful patio, where we could sit and chat. my friend said it had quite a nice breakfast.
-
Friendly and helpful staff. Nice outdoor terraces Easy walk to public transportation options Furnishings were a bit dated but still comfortable. Beds were good. Would definitely stay here again.
-
Proximity to train station. Lady at front desk in evenings and man in the mornings.. Lovely lady serving breakfast. Rooms had mold, old shower curtains, blow dryer from 70s. Advertised as retro decor when in reality it was old and in need of deep cleaning and refresh.
-
Location is good to use as a base to travel to other places by train. The property is run down, not well maintained, mold in the bathrooms tile, ceiling and shower heads. The lobby has overly stained seats. Wallpaper in the room is peeling and some electrical fixtures are not well connected to the wall.
-
Balcony sea view , breakfast in the beautiful garden Stuff are nice and warm just cross street of train station close to central
-
Beautiful hotel with excellent breakfast. The graffiti and litter in the local area.
-
The bathroom wasn't very clean, some of the rooms looked nothing like the pictures, one of the beds was missing the headboard, and some of the hairdryers weren't functioning properly.
-
Good staff, good location
-
Furniture is old and wallpapers peal off; Hotel instruction is very limited on facilities, services, sights near by and maps. The door does not have the peephole. The hotel staff knocked my door, but speak only Italian and did not tell who they are. There is no way for us to figure out what happened. So scary. We have to wait more than 1 hour to check in due to the room is not ready after check-in time past. Staff did not apologize for the delay, and also try to double charge us on the City tax in checking out.

Location and garage availability Water when showering is either too hot or cold

Close to the train station and the breakfast . Small and very old room.
