It was clean, comfortable and the staff is very kind. Also, we have juices and small cakes for breakfast You can easily hear what the other guests were talking or doing from your room

Need more responsive with check in. We waited some time before the owners appears, taking in consideration that we announced a hour before like they said. Maybe a more easy check in. Also the towels can be changed, they are very used.

It was near the metro station, a lot restaurants nearby. They were really nice and showed everything during check in. The room was clean and big. There was a little balcony too. It was perfect for the price.

Property is very nice, furniture is also nice and lighting is abundant. Very bright. Hot water was lukewarm at best, so shower was not very pleasant. Bed sheets were rough, not very comfortable. Rest was overall ok. Allowance for the breakfast at the bar across the street was not enough to have a cappuccino and a croissant… I think that can be improved! Host is very friendly and gave me lots of information. Love the city and the people there!

The room is very spacious, and the bathroom as well. The furniture is old, but it gives the space an elegant, stylish and romantic atmosphere, with an enormous comfortable bed and ceiling lights. And it is definitely a great, GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY, despite these minor things mentioned below which are written only as recommendations for the owner to improve the service and for the future guests as helpful observations. Overall, we have enjoyed our stay at the Casa di Romi and would recommend it as a nice place to stay. Since we had a little problem checking in, because we communicated with the owner through Booking.com messages and were not able because of the lack of the Internet to answer his enquirers at the real time, I would recommend other guests to inform the owner about the specific time of the arrival beforehand so he could be there when you come or make sure that you are able to communicate with him at any time before check-in so to avoid being left waiting in front of the door. But, in the end, his smart, beautiful daughter with and excellent English made us forget about this inconvenience immediately. I am not critical about this, but I have to mention that the towels, although clean, were very old, worn out and blurred and definitely need to be changed. The location is good for someone who does not care about having to walk for almost half an hour to the center of town, which was ok for us. And one more thing, you have to climb the narrow stairs to the third, last floor of the building.

The apartment is very cosy, very clean and nice. The bed is really comfortable. Few shops could be found near the corner. The bus stop and metro station are few mins walk away. Quite noisy street.

Owner was quickly at the spot when we locked ourselves out. Breakfast was just a coffee and croissant in a cafeteria across the street.

We only spent one night and did not need a fully equipped place. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable and there was no noise coming from neighbours or from the street.

Everything was very clean and comfortable The buses didn't run to that point so we had to walk every day uphill.....

Clean, beautiful, very well equipped room. There is a bus stop and a metro stop nearby. The owner is extremely kind and attentive. We arrived late in the evening, but they handled our check-in flexibly. I can only recommend.

Our room was clean, nice and very spacious in gorgeous old Italian style?? Near the hotel there is a good breakfast place with delicious coffee, brioche and jelatto! Breakfast was included? Windows are face to the school, so it can be a bit load, but in a nice children's way?

Our room was so clean and the owners were really nice. The location is also great, the city center can be reached in a 20 minutes walk. Everything was amazing
