Staff was amazing - very friendly and helpful. Location is in the center city and easy to walk to many restaurants. I really liked they had parking at the hotel. It was very difficult to get a proper invoice from them. The front desk is not available 24 hours/day, but they responded via WhatsApp right away when I had an issue.

Hotel looks renovated, rooms are cleaned every day, helpful and nice staff. Breakfasts could be varied.

It is in a good location and you can do self-checkin and checkout. Stairs… as it is an old building there is no elevator. Obviously you carry luggage, it is really challenging plus it is the last floor.

the biggest thing about this hotel is that it is 100% wheelchair accessible. I think that is AMAZING. The front desk lady was so nice and accommodating. They offered parking, and helped me when. my flight got super delayed. BUT, as a person who is lucky to not need these things, the bathroom for me was quite uncomfortable. Because the way the shower is made, it was impossible to take a shower without soaking the floor. Which was quite annoying.

Very helpful and flexible staff. Clean and tidy rooms. Delicious breakfast. I missed the glasses from our room although we had a kettle.

Perfect location, just outside the center. Very sweet staff. Almost new, very well managed. Very clean (incl. the floors!). Wonderful outside patio for breakfast. Value for money very high. Highly recommended! It's not a luxury hotel with a bar etc. but who cares ... ? Simplicity instead of cosiness could be a small issue if you travel here over Christmas. But who knows they will put up a Chhristmas tree.

Quiet location, relatively modern building and very clean. We got excellent service from the staff. The room was very spaceious. Had to do a self check in due to very short opening hours at the reception. That being said, the proces went quite smooth nonetheless. The room felt a bit like sleeping in an office - not so cozy.

I very much liked that the hotel was modern and built in great style. Our room was not cleaned despite being there for seven days.
