It's not that I didn't like it, it doesn't bother me, but second morning we didn't have breakfast provided as she was not able to come, but also no partial refund offered, as we paid breakfast included. Also, even is marked check in time at 13.30h, room was not ready till 14h.

Great neighborhood, gorgeous room, nice breakfast and nice flexible staff. 10/10

The room was very spacious and the private balcony was a great way to get some fresh air. Location was an about a 20min walking distance from the major sites but Catania is very walkable.

The owner Dany was such a nice lady. Allowed me for very late check In. Provided all the information. Was very cooperative. Arranged a cheap and nice taxi for me as well. The location was clean. Good breakfast. The location is nice close to attractions and food. The mattress can be improved.

i stayed in room giada, and the bed was all squeeky. the bathroom is the one my greatgrandfather build which is not a bad thing, but you share it wit one more room. has only one bathtub. for a couple in each room, that would make it 4 people using one bathroom. not ideal. bathroom needs an upgrade

it was really hard to put up with the noise from the street our room was facing. there is no sound isolation so it was like sleeping on the side of the road. cars and motorbikes drive nonstop and it was so noisy! also there is one bathroom/toilet that is kinda far from the room so going there at night was unpleasant (was also occupied in the morning when you needed it). I also gotta admit that I did not really like the neighborhood - not many restaurants nearby, dirty, rundown. it is a 20-25 min walk to the centre. overall, however, the B&B is a good/decent value for the price.

Breakfast was ok In the morning, somebody in the kitchen put the music on and the sound was too loud.

Everything was good, we really liked the bed, it was very comfortable. The breakfast was great, many options. However, we had a problem with the shower and there was no hot water sometimes. I guess the problem is in the whole city but it’s very annoying.

All were good! It was a self checking! Did not met the host! We stayed freely .nothing wrong! No complaints!

Dream 117 is located in very nice area of Katania, not far away from the old centre, with lot's of good locals nearby. The room is beautiful - it have big window with balcony, high roof and big wardrobe. There is also another balcony inside, very nice decorated. The host is very helpful, gave us a lots of recommendations for food, trips and was open to help with anything! Bed has too soft mattress, but this is my personal opinion. It seems, that some things need to be repaired, but I believe this will change in the future :)

It is a good place for leaving for few days. Near city centre and a lot of attractions. Comfortable location and not big but comfortable room. We have some problems with heating systems but as soon as we write to landlord all was fixed. The shower was not so good - water was a little bit cold.

Good, safe location with a bakery right in front of the building. Very low ceiling, room was quite used with stains on the wall and little strange smell.

Everything was as great! The hospitality was amazing, the room was clean and cozy and all other ambients together made us feel very good.

- good location for the city center but also for trips outside of catania (etna,...) - very helpful host - quite noisy - shared bathroom (was described, we just overlooked it)
