The location, the comfort of the bed, the good shower, the cleanliness. I wouldn’t say I didn’t like this. Instead, it’s an observation. There’s no elevator and the hotel is on the second floor.

Everything was good. If you have mobility problems you may have difficulty with the stairs. It is on the 1st floor (2nd by US standards). No elevator. Stairs are wide and easy to ascend.

it is a perfect place to stay in Catnia, close to all the things to do nd see there. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was awesome, two of the main things we appreciate on our travels. It is not the Hilton but a wonderful place to stay just the same. Street parking was good, but be advised do not leave anything visible in the car. Location to the airport is perfect and to see the sights outside of Catania is easy. We would stay there again. it is on the second floor (the american second floor) so it was a hike up the stairs, but with all the fine food we had there it probably was a good thing. Our car was broken into and articles stolen so be aware of leaving things in your car.

During our stay everything worked smoothly, all doors (2 outside & 2 inside) had codes, so we didn’t need the physical key. However, on the last night one of the codes was switched off, and we had to contact the hosts after 11pm. Luckily, they replied quickly and were ready to help. Just a small tip: in the evening it’s safer to take the physical key with you, just in case, to avoid waiting for help.

The second floor walk up, and em the ceilings are very high so it felt like a really hard walk up especially with heavy luggage.

Location is good for visiting the town centre. They have a parking place right next to the hotel. The beds are not very comfortable.

Very well situated, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Tiny niggle was lack of electrical plugs in bedroom. There were two points by the beds, but neither was the proper size to hold an adapter, without hitting the on/off light switch.

Room with extra large bed and great shower in interesting old building. A short walk to the Roman ampitheatre, shopping, restaurants.

My room was exactly as described, and the photos were accurate. There was a slight problem getting the heating to work the first night, and Pierto came from home at 21:30 and fixed it. The location was good and near to everything. I would suggest that you try to confirm your exact arrival time, as the property is not staffed 24 hours a day. I would gladly recommend this property and would stay there again. Can't think of a thingI didn't like

Beautiful apartments. Very classic. No issues at all.

The place is impeccably clean! There is a automated parking lot right next-door which is a nice benefit in a city with very limited parking. Nice continental breakfast. No complaints.

The staff is very helpful and the rooms are super clean and comfortable. The location is central; 3 minute walk from Millefiori Restaurant.

Amazing location, 5 mins walk from the centre. Rooms are cleaned every day. A clean bathroom and a comfy bed. Overall, it was an excellent stay. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was out of order. The taxi ride from the airport is a bit of a hassle, always decide on price first, their meter overcharge.

Good size room (no 2) with very comfortable bed & pillows. Nice clean bathroom with hot powerful shower - however ‘free toiletries’ means a small tube of shampoo, no conditioner or body wash/cream (in case like us you are travelling light). There are quite a few step to negotiate, including into the bathroom, not a problem for us but something to be aware of. No frills property at the price - lack of toiletries in bathroom. Disappointing that no breakfast was available (included or otherwise) despite booking.com reviews repeatedly mentioning breakfast - right up to the time of our stay at end of October 2024.

I liked the location and the owners were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good and the rooms were large and clean as well as the bathrooms. There was only the owners around in the morning and felt rushed in the morning to get breakfast so they could leave. They were very kind and packed up a breakfast for us so we would have something as we left early in the morning the next day before they arrived at 730AM. I think I missed having someone around as the place felt very quiet whereas the B&B we stayed in Palermo had lots of people around in the morning and it felt more warm and friendly to me.
