The location is very good. Everything was good. One thing is that we booked Deluxe Room (2 Adults + 1 Child), but I believe that we got Double Room. And the breakfast was average.

I liked the location that is exactly in the centre but in a quiet road so you don't hear any noise! Very good value for money. The room size was plenty. The bed very comfortable and the sheets very soft. The communication with the hotel was immediate when we had a question through WhatsApp. There is Netflix! there were wireless chargers and a big hair dryer! The below are some minor issues for your consideration - generally the whole experience was very positive! There were some flushing issues in the toilet. Also one toilet paper per day could be increased to 2 for our convenience. Breakfast is not something fancy but some muffins and biscuits that can help you throughout the day. Some fresh fruits are in the kitchen downstairs. Take care to read the check in instructions as there is no reception. If you arrive there without having contacted the b&b first and get the access code you may have trouble. In the instructions it should be added that the door for the room is a sliding door because when you first arrive you may think it does not open. The tv and Netflix was in Italian so it was difficult to log in from our device. It would be better to have the standard language in English.

the breakfast was borderline a scam. We rather went out to a restaurant. The bathroom is outside of the room and the lock was really hard to open and close. It's quite cumbersome, especially in the middle of the night.

The location was amazing, 5min by walk you could arrive at the most touristic spots. The room was comfortable and clean, the owner was so nice. The plumbing noise that came from bathroom could sometimes be disturbing

Martina whom took my bookings was a delight to meet. Having to leave my room to go to the bathroom, especially at night. I knew this but didn't feel comfortable leaving my room at night. Next time I will book a room with an internal bathroom.
