The host is very kind and available, which makes everything very confortable. It’s easy of access, and the host offers to help you take your luggage upstairs (´cause there’s no elevator) The location is ideal. The view from the cute balcony is typical of Catania: Sicilian roof everywhere and the beautiful Etna with the Duomo when you look on the right. Quiet and good value The accommodation is good, it’s clean and there’s everything needed. However, when you look longer there some damaged which make you see it’s a bit old… bootle of handsoap is dying because of humidity, there some piece of the shower that fall apart, the sink is not properly fixed. It doesn’t make it a bad experience, it diminishes it. (Also, even if it’s clean, it’s not ideal to have stains on the cousins.)

Beautiful view from balcony. Staff was attentive and responded quickly The neighbourhood is rundown. It is best to park your car in the nearby parking lot Urbino. There were too many little things all around the room, which made it difficult. There was no place to put our stuff. The coffee machine did not work, but the staff member gave us a new machine.

This property was 3 separate lovely rooms - each with bathrooms and private balconies on the 4th floor (up 85 stairs - I counted!). The room was thoughtfully decorated and snacks and coffee were provided, and fruit and bread and cheese in the kitchen for breakfast. 85 stairs

Ahh, the terrace with a view to the Etna... it was fantastic! And the coffee machine in the room (for me), and the good beer in the fridge (for my partner). Super friendly staff, that was kind enough to have our room ready early and be punctual for a quick breakfast before leaving for an Etna summit tour. Perfect!

At firts look it s beautiful, with cute details. And the view it was the best from the balcony. And the little things left in the kitchen like, cake or croissant. There was some problems with the hot water, for us a big issue, i was in the shower eith my shampoo on, and sudenly it cam an cold water… I notice this issue to the owner, but nothing eas sone about it. Another thing it would be that being in February, there is no heat, the air conditioning couldn t handle the heat in the room. From my opinion the offered breakfest it was not worth the money, a few slice of salami, some pieces of chees(salty food) bread, orange juice, and some sweets. The last issue is that in the description of the accomodation it is not said thet the apartments it s on forth floor with no elevator, i would wanted to know for a pregnant women. Oh, and, the rooms are not isolated and you can hear anything from the other room, our neighbors wake up us ar 7:00 with 1 hour of talking screaming singing… slay the front door at 4am…

We had a very nice stay! The hostel is very clean and cosy. To add, you find some cake in the kitchen. The balcony is very nice as the view over the Etna. Unfortunately we closed the door letting the keys inside the room. Nevertheless Giuseppe came (on a Saturday evening!) helping us open the door. We're so thankful for his kindness.

Charming place. All was clean, comfortable. Host is very helpful person. Definitely recommend this place

I recommend…the jakuzzi was big,the suit was nice and clean,the view was nice to the Etna too. Actually it is a really good accommodation for younger people who wanna spend their time on the romantic way in Catania.

Airbnb was centrally located, nearby city center. Parking is available in front of the place. Safe neighborhood. Breakfast was quite simple. Bed was too soft. Airbnb is located on 4th F with no elevator.

Lovely view, clean bathroom, responsive host. Description said large double bed. Instead there were two single beds joined together with a bedsheet. There was no mention that the kitchen area was shared with the other two rooms. No place to eat other than the bedroom or the balcony if it is not raining. The coomon room has two chairs for the three rooms and no table. Breakfast was brought in the morning and whoever gets up first manages to choose what to eat and how much. The host agreed not to charge us for the additional wine in exchange for the brekafast we could not eat. We thought we booked the room with jacuzzi, but we were wrong. Be careful what pictures you browse. Parking on the street is free if you manage to find a spot and squeeze your car. There were roaches in the room :@ No wardrobe to put your clothes in, just several hangers. At first there was just a soap dispenser to use for hair, body and hands, but the host provided an additional one on the second day. To all that the host replied "It's not a professional b&b. Try thinking possitive".

Great breakfast, super location, great room, marvelous view! Lots of good restaurants in just a few minutes walk. Very warm and responsive host!
