Best Western Plus Coachella Valley Inn & Suites

Overall a pretty clean place and pretty good hotel

Super impressed with this hotel and I'm hard to impress.. the included breakfast was a 15 out of 10! Room clean, bed and sheets soft and lots of pillows. Really polshed presentation throught! Shower had nice imenities and incredible pressure. Will be staying again!

Everything was great except.for the fact that the breakfast options and quality seem to be declining. I have been staying here at this location for years and one of the main reasons for rebooking was for the awesome breakfast. Its what my family looked forward to the most. The variety and the fact that it actually filled you up. I just stayed again recently and found to only have fewer options and the quality and taste were totally off. The waffle maker was making gummy feeling waffles and the obly options were bacon and eggs. No potatoes, no sausage, no ham, nothing else.just eggs and bacon which was super greasy. Gluten free blueberry muffins were hard as cement. Coffee from the machine is starting to taste bitter and not cleaned up properly before breakfast time. Pool also needs MAJOR CLEANING especially cpnsidering the fact that it's the peak summer time and everyone wants to use it. Theres all kinds of debris and water is looking green.

This was the best affordable hotel I’ve ever been to. The suite was bigger than expected and it was clean. Staff brought our requests like extra pillows and toilet paper extremely fast. The coffee was better than Starbucks and breakfast was delicious and so plentiful. The AC was running and kept us cool all weekend. Would recommend 10/10

The breakfast was really good with a nice variety of options. The only thing I would suggest is adding hash browns or breakfast potatoes to make it even better. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout my stay. They went out of their way to make sure everything was taken care of. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.

clean room, new indoor decoration, multiple options of breakfast, if I can give six stars, I would. It is the best choice among the similar level hotels.
