Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage

We’re Ace Members and stay here all the time, usually checking in between 3 & 4 pm. Although check in time is 4 pm, we’ve never had a problem checking in a little earlier. The last two times @ approximately 3:30 we were told there was not one room available. They have 340 rooms and we see the cleaning staff cleaning rooms at 9 am. So they were obviously lying to their us. There are other hotel/casinos that do this to their customers to keep them in the casino for a longer time. Not cool. We were sadden to see Agua Caliente resorting to this tactic. The casinos in Las Vegas are at least honest and charge a nominal fee for early check in. Agua Caliente’s dishonesty is unsettling. If we do stay there again, we’ll gamble at Augustine, Spotlight 29, Fantasy Springs or even Morongo until 7 or 8 pm to stay.

This place is amazing. First time here staying at the hotel. All staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make the stay perfect!! It was a Tuesday when we checked in and they put us in a suite. We got room service and the food was great!! I did it want to leave!

My wife and I always love our stay at Agua Caliente, the rooms are large, super clean and comfortable. The pool area outside is so relaxing and so nice. We always spend a lot of time out there and the poolside servers are excellent.

Best hotel and casino all around

Went for a little get away. Had an excellent stay. everyone one was very helpful. Some of the best steak at their steakhouse restaurant. Fortunately, it was a Hot day, and me and my wife had a great time at the pool the bartenders were amazing they kept on check with us to make sure everything was good. Mind you my wife really doesn't go in the water at the pool. That day she did we both had a excellent time. And I hardly ever write a review. Thanks to the Staff!!!

Superb

The amazing customer service is worth 5 stars alone. It's a cherry on top with newly renovated rooms and amenities. That includes the incredibly amazing spa. If I could give one nitpick, I would say the casino slot machines lack variety and the property feels quite small.

Rooms are very clean and spacious.

This Location NEVER Disappoints! The level of Service is impeccable - and the Spa is absolutely delightful!! Highly Recommended!!!

Cleanliness Nothing

Did not care for the smoke in the casino. The company has two locations. One with a hotel and one with just the casino. We ended up at the wrong place. Easy to get confused if you don't map it correctly. Did not care for the location - not much nearby to walk to.

Exceptional

The staff was always available and tentative. They were so kind and literally just simply happy and in a good mood like they enjoyed being there! It was such an oasis from normal life and there was always something to do. Our room was absolutely beautiful and they took such good care of us while we were there. We had coffee on our balcony every morning and listened to the chill music playing by the pool before it opened and the fun upbeat music poolside later where we also got delicious drinks. We ate at the Steakhouse one night and made reservations a couple weeks in advance because we knew we wanted to go. We went on Friday night and it was the best service, not over the top, best food and drinks ever. My husband is still talking about the drink I got and how good it was and the steak was out of this world. The best we’ve ever had! The lobster bisque was to die for, too. Everything about this place was incredible. We are already talking about planning our next trip back!

The spa is everything you should expect from a 5star resort

The Deluxe room with balcony was a renovated room. It was beautiful. Very large bathroom, separate make up vanity, 2 sinks. Multiple lighting options in bathroom and bedroom areas. AC was great, a constant flow, just as I prefer, rather than hearing a unit loudly go on/off all night. Ample, easy to get to outlets which scored bonus points with me. Soft bedding, great pillows.
