Overall, it was okay. The housekeepers were very nice, and the room was spacious and comfortable. It also came with a balcony, which was a nice bonus.

The common areas were nice and clean, very modern and well maintained. However the rooms were outdated with a strong smoke smell. The hallway carpet was dirty and the bathroom has no ventilation and I could see mold in the ceiling. Also the ac was loud. The pool is old and the border tiles were dirty.

Breakfast was good but expensive, nice resort. We had requested a crib but none were available. This was a major problem. I KNOW they are on a first come basis , because management said it repeatedly but did nothing about it. Marriott would have gone out of there way to find one.

We love the location and facilities Check wast good. We had prepaidwith booking.com but Jesse made us pay again. Fernando tried to make it up to us by offering waiver of some fees. That was nice but we're still trying to get a refund to the value of $945usd. That's a lot of money when you need it for your holiday

I stay here because I was attending a graduation party that they were holding in one of their ball rooms. It’s was an amazing event. The room was great. Bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.
