As I arrive to this location ( which I reserve in advance and call to confirm my reservation 2 days before the arrival ) they mention to me that they relocated me without informing me at all. I was traying to figure out why they did that over the phone for more than an hour. And the front staff they just provide me with a phone number to call. - terrible experience

The walls are very thin on the adjoining rooms

This was a very nice property, very clean, quiet, and conveniently located for the tennis tournament. We plan to return next year.

Never made this stay because I had reserved a one bedroom unit months before… and two days before my trip they called to downgrade me which I found extremely rude and poor customer service so I canceled the entire reservation and went elsewhere.

Very quiet and safe

The one bedroom was huge! Great kitchen. Bring a good knife and Tupperware for leftovers. Seriously everything you need, grills, pool, hot tub, ping pong at the pool. Awesome resort!

Tia is a pleasure to work with, she is courteous and friendly, and always willing to help make our stay an amazing experience. The one thing that I did not like was that last year, November 2024, our reservation was canceled and no one notified me. I had family coming for the Thanksgiving holiday and this put me a very difficult situation. I called to request a downstairs unit and that is when I found out that my reservation had been canceled. I was informed that owners take priority and I was bumped off to accommodate an owner. This was very disappointing to me, Booking.com did find us a room at the Oasis Resort in Palm Springs, though I was grateful to them, the accommodations were not the greatest. Our holiday experience was negatively impacted by the fact that Worldmark canceled my reservation without notice. That was extremely unprofessional.
