Breakfast was great, lovely capuccino. Bed was comfy. Shower was great. Staff was courteous. Hotel location and bedroom view was not as nice as expected - from the pictures I thought it would be much greener (maybe because we went on early spring). There were no kettles in rooms to make a hot tea at night. Also, there was no food service at night, so we had to go out for dinner every night (we wish we could order something light like a soup). But overall staff was nice and tried to help when possible.

The room itself was fine. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great! The air conditioning didn’t work, the refrigerator was moldy and hot and the beds were not comfortable. One of the kids’ beds dipped when you laid on it like it was broken.

Surrounding area The breakfast was one of the most pathetic we've ever had in Italy. It had nothing to do with the pictures. If there is few people staying, then it's better not to offer any breakfast rather than pretending to have a buffet. I would also say that the staff should work on their hospitality and kindness. The room cleaning service has to be improved. I had an empty plastic water bottle on my bedside, and it was still there after the room cleaning. The bedsheets were not changed, just tidied up. In the end the room was more or less the same as we left, then why bother to enter to the room? The A/C in the room was not comfortable. You can only select the temperature of the room you want and it automatically turns on and off 0.5 degrees above and below of your decision. It blows very cold air very strongly until the temperature of the room is 0.5 degrees lower than the selected temperature. So from time to time you burn and freeze and there is no spot in the middle.

We were a group of friends, we wanted to celebrate a birthday one of us, so the staff allowed to stay in restaurant a little bit late. Our rooms was tidy and nice. Breakfast was really tasty.
