The staff was outstanding. The rooms where super clean and cozy. Views amazing. The room was great with the upgrade. (because of the pool not being open) Only thing was that the pool was not opened. On the booking.com USA English version it said pool was open. On the Italian version it said seasonal. So, it was not open yet. No fault of the great staff there. Maybe Booking.com got it wrong?? Thanks Also played golf and it was fantastic. The course is in great shape. Great Value. Walked because they didn't have any more golf-carts. Maybe get a few more. I probably needed the exercise anyway!!! lol. Ciao

The receptionist Sara was lovely. But everything else was awful Don’t let booking.com fool you. There is only one block of rooms , which is a 5 min drive to the main building. Booking.com advertise there’s rooms all over. The other rooms and apartments are private residents. The breakfast was the worst thing I’ve ever eaten. Warm yogurts, cold crusty bacon. And a very small amount of bread. Burnt pastries. No service, really not friendly the staff that are around. The restaurant was closed every night. Reception closes from 6pm. Only staff around are security. Booking.com has falsely advertised this hotel. It’s not even a hotel.

Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Pool lovely. The restaurant staff weren't very efficient. No snack bar by the pool. Rooms need a refresh.

Spacious rooms View from room Secure feeling Large swimming pool for real swimming 5 euro per person to use swimming pool, never read anything about it on booking.com, to booking.com, your mistake, you should be better informed about your hotels. No decent golf clubs for rent, for a 27 hole golf club, this is a question of organising with a brand of clubs sold in their shop. Rooms outdated, I come here for 20 years but nothing changed. Not a place for non-golfers. No place to rest around swimming pool, no diving !! but the whole day kids are jumping in the water. Wearing a swimming cap at 35 degrees is not from these times, but on the other hand young golf members jump without caps. This resort feels like a prison with too much restrictions, a manager whome thinks when you not dressed in golf costume you are less then the clownesk dressing code advised. Mini bar is not filled, for free or not, that is not the service from a 4 * resort Drink and food Service at swimming pool was not working. Only students working, so in total very much had the feeling this resort is falling off his statue in a couple of years since I came here, as a golf player, not a tourist allthough ….
