Food was gourmet and cooked fresh to order. Hot cookies delivered to our room at night! Luxurious bedding, deep jetted tub. Nice little balcony with a decent view.

Super cute! Room was large with a jetted tub. You could easily walk to the beach, pier and several places to eat. We loved the breakfast.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The room and facilities felt like home. Clean, comfortable, and the nightly chocolate chip cookie :). We loved it!

We had a lovely stay. Our room was enormous, with many amenities. Your bed was very comfortable. The staff was helpful. The welcome cookies they provided both days were fresh, home- made and delicious.

This bed and breakfast was absolutely beautiful. Room was very spacious. Loved the Jacuzzi tub. Which was separate from actual shower/toilet. Very clean and comfortable. Very quiet. They even have a shower to rinse off if coming from the beach. Beach is within walking distance. Also several eateries within walking distance. Oh and breakfast was delicious as well. Thank you Cayucos Sunset Inn.

Loved the location. Easy to park. Very nice room. Bed was very comfy! Staff was amazing. Breakfast choices were delicious. No elevator to help get luggage to second floor! No microwave in room or access to a microwave to heat anything or make popcorn, etc, after 8 pm when you are usually returning from activities that you were out doing for the day. More comfortable seating on balcony for relaxing & reading! High stools were not good for that.

Fabulous, small, boutique-ish hotel. Exquisite decor, huge two-room suite with two fireplaces, and a huge deck, and ocean view. Family-owned, with attentive owner, Ellie, on site. So much value for the money. We will definitely return.

The location, the beautiful large room, the extremely kind staff, many more amazing things. I would have liked an elevator. It was difficult going up and down the 18 steps many times a day.
