Staff were the best of the best. Very accomodating..Then there is the Location, close to food, transport. Ultimate in cleanliness. Excellent air-conditioning. Very comfy beds. Nothing.

Rooms and hallways very ckean. Airconditioning was excellent, silent. Lots of places across the street to eat. 711 and massahe/ spa next door. Staff were top notch. Very accomodating. If you need a kettle to boil wayer fir your morning coffee or tea rituals, just ask the front desk if there's one available. From time to tine, I buy the staff at reception and maintenance some pizza from the Greenwich across the street. I felt the ladues deserved it... None whatsover..

Everything about the hotel is top notch. It is my only go to place when I'm in Cebu. Which I do often 1x-2x a month... Supercjean. Nice smells. Staff top notch and very accomodating. Close to restaurants, Robinson's Mall and Supermarket. None!

That time, our only problem is their lift is under service ?. But i don't mind, their staff made sure they will help us if we have problems with luggages or anything going to our room.
