Room has no window; this should have been made known prior to booking. This kind of room is a nightmare for claustrophobic!

It’s accessible to everything. The guards were very helpful opening the door, assisting with luggage and finding taxis. Breakfast was included during our stay. The food and services were great. The WiFi was fast. I love the complimentary bottled water. The room was outdated and humid. The AC was very weak. The fridge was broken.

LOCATION - A 10! Elevator did not work. 6 floors x 22 steps!

I loved the ambiance of the room. It is clean, very accessible and the bath&comfort room is so neat. I would rate the facilities 100/10. EXCEPTIONAL!!! When we entered the lobby during our check in, there is a smell that we didn’t like. I think it was the foods at that time. It was making me dizzy. Please look up to it.

It was a simple, no-frills room with basic amenities, but I appreciated the price and the location. The restaurant and cafe at the ground floor had good food and coffee as well, and there were many cheap dining options around too. The event space was also great. I didn't dislike the simplicity of the room, per se, but I wouldn't book this if I'm expecting a room with complete toiletries and slightly more luxurious features.

Booked this room for my family while my grandpa was admitted in Chong Hua. This is the perfect location because it's just across the street from the hospital. My family said that the room was spacious and the staff were very nice and considerate. This hotel is in the heart of Fuente Circle which is the best location specially if you are a first-time Cebu visitor as it's close to everything that you will want to go to. Highly recommend! None

None Declined to cater my Family because they did not have Cash!!! Why you are in booking.com when you only accept cash in front??? And not using the credit card provided in booking.com??? My family has to go elsewhere in a very inconvenient way and they are seniors!!! Not recommended .

The property is a bit old but they tried to renovate the CR. It was surrounded with fast food chains and near Shamrock Pasalubong. Atm Machines are meters away from the entrance of the hotel. Lights were warm. not conducive for reading or online meeting at night. wifi is not great in rooms. It can only be functional for social media not for meetings.
