The reception always acknowledges of being a returning guest. Just being remembered even if it had been more than a year since my last visit. "Home away from home" vibes. Also, Staff at the kitchen had been very accommodating and understanding about my specific dietary needs. Will go out of their way to make guests feel welcome. None at all. One of the best run hotels in the Cebu area.
