The staff was unhelpful and didn’t take responsibility for resolving the issue. From the moment We arrived, the staff were not accommodating or friendly. There was no greeting at check-in, and overall, the attitude felt cold and indifferent. Hospitality is a big part of any hotel experience, and this place missed the mark. A simple smile or greeting goes a long way. And everything came with an extra charge — bottled water, one extra pillow, slippers and even basic amenities like that are usually complimentary elsewhere.

Only the chef at this hotel's restaurant, in which he did not heed to my girlfriend's criticism of his food that he cooked.

The place is very clean and the staff's are very accommodating, we didn't even get to pay for the early check in because their manager is very friendly as we are Nothing, all is very comforting

The booking inside a pool and there was no pool. The pool was closed down a year ago. I would’ve booked somewhere else with a swimming pool. The only reason I booked the location because they said they had a pool.

Yello Hotel is a simple but central hotel in Cebu City. The staff are lovely, and the room is basic, but comfortable. Breakfast is a little pricey, but a great option to have.

i like this place, because its very near to some places and very nice place! well, actually just a little piece of advice. always check the utensils, glasses and mugs. always clean well and double check before serving to the guest. because we experienced with a cup of coffee with a mark of lipstick. but overall its still good!

The restaurant on the roof of the hotel is wonderful. The food is really good and the view from the rooftop is amazing. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay there again. I had two rooms and one room was fine but the other rooms aircon didn't work very good. It worked but it took a long time for it to cool the room and that happened every time that you left the room because when you leave the room and take the key card, the rooms electricity is shut off automatically. Other than that, the hotel was great.
