Older Front door man is fantastic. Tip him well, he is wealth of knowledge, and he is always looking for "his" guests to return. Bathroom was nice. Explained to waiter(s) on a couple of days, please brown the Omellette it was not done. It came back the same way everyday no matter what I asked for. Website says "State of the Art" gym, there is NO gym. Website says "nice" pool, there is no pool. Stayed 4 nights, wanted 1 hour late checkout and was told 1000php. NO gym, NO pool and nobody listens in the restaurant. I went to Bayfront, breakfast is awesome, pool and gym, same money.

I liked how close it was to everything else: it was fairly walking distance to the hospital, drugstores, convenience stores, coffee shops, a laundromat, and even the provincial capitol. I also liked how comfortable the room is.

Very comfortable Nothing much

It’s a clean hotel with a very accessible location. The internet connection is good. I also like that the rooms and floors are secured and not accessible to everyone, which adds an extra level of privacy and security. The rooms are decent, but they are quite small. One issue I noticed is that the shower area does not have a proper door or enclosure to prevent water from splashing, so the entire bathroom floor gets wet after every shower. In addition, the glass partition between the bathroom and the room does not have blinds or a privacy cover. As a result, a person’s silhouette can be seen from the room while showering, which may make some guests feel uncomfortable and compromise privacy.

Clean Breakfast options were limited

The staff, the bed, the toilet.. almost everything! The location.. Except! On our second day the waiter gave us catsup instead of vinegar that we asked. Hahaha ( maybe he’s tired) But their staff doesn’t do much of an eye contact maybe afraid of another request. Also the foul smell in the elevator, it smells like drainage or septic tank? I can’t tell. But anyways we dont stay naman inside the elevator always. So, Okay lang. I still want to go back.

I love the location. Its clean, comfy and staff are very pleasant. This will be our go to within city proper. We’re definitely coming back We were led to park in a parking zone that has restrictions and got clamped the next morning which was inconvenient. It would have been better if we were advised of the restrictions on time so we could have looked for another parking spot.

The location was close to hospitals, stores and pharmacies. Staff was really nice and helpful. The room was ok size but the bathroom was a little tight. Shower drainage was bad and initially the comforter smelled bad until we asked them to change it. Towels ddn't looked as clean and you can hear your neighbors and other people talking in the hallway. Breakfast options were extremely limited and kept repeating. Parking is also a little struggle esp when you have a lowered car.

The room was clean and the location was great The roofdeck where I have to claim our welcome drinks. We stayed there for a while since there's a pool and it's relaxing but the the staff keep spraying alcohol on the couch beside me, even sprayed it on me maybe not intentionally but considering it's windy she should be careful and do her thing when cliencs are not around. They must prepare and do the DISINFECTING before clients Arrive. if there purpose is to keep their property clean

Very modern and clean. Great location and staff were all excellent. The lighting in the room was horrible…
