access to needed stores you cannot have orders (drinks like water) charged to your room, it's inconvenient especially they do not accept cashless transactions. you cannot request for extra pillows (a charge for it would be fine, but still they won't give), you cannot request for a mug, you cannot request for fresh water glass, the room is not that cool (aircon), no e-wallet options like gcash or maya)

You would think a top priority would be the aircon. 2 rooms, neither aircon got cold. I cleaned the grill and filter of both, but the coils were completely plugged. Was told by the staff that maintenance always checked the aircons (lol). The bath mat was pretty much all black mold. The staff was very well versed in excuses, like they've had to use the same ones over and over again. I don't expect a lot for the money, but aircon is a top priority of mine, not theirs. I wouldn't recommend this hotel even at a value.

The staff were really helpful and very courteous. They went out of their way to help me on a special request. Great location and value for money. Ample parking too. It's a pretty straightforward budget hotel. Bit lacking in hotel services such as restaurant/ cafe but you can pre-order food from the concierge or just opt to dine in nearby restos or fast food outlets.

This place needs renovation. Everything looks extremely old and worn-out. Cockroaches does not add to the appeal either.

Most of all I like the location it's within the metro and it's very accessible to all especially restaurants and famous landmarks. Hoping to comeback soon. ???? I think it's the drainage system on the bath because it drains slow but overall it was nice. No harm done anyways.

Staff are good, responsive and friendly. Quiet Has enough power outlet for your gadgets Place is shows its age and may need extra effort for maintenance. No extra pillow even if i am willing for an added fee. The shower area with the tub is a challenge for a person with disability. No hand rail. Shower head is not cleaned Towels has unusual smell. Requested to replace and was expecting a newly laundered but seems like taken from unused room. Mattress too soft, not friendly for one with back problem. Stool mattress is with stain and not pleasing to be used. Breakfast prep needs at least 20mins for preparation. Issues only 1 keycard thus when you go down for a short period of time all power is automatically turned off.
