No problem with the unit- it was cute and CLEAN! The staff are friendly and -perfect customer service and they go up and beyond service. The vehicles were too loud. We couldn’t sleep. The noise is all day and all through the night..with all the horns, sirens emergency rescue vehicles, the reving of engines from the motorcycles, buses, all vehicles.

Clean and new. The towels are new and the room design is modern with lots of storage. It’s like being in a well-designed tiny home. Delicious dinner. The coffee shop at the ground floor also served a modest but delicious Filipino meal (barbecue chicken and rice wrapped in coconut leaves). The latte was also good. Location. Most importantly, it is located across from Gate 3 of USC Talamban, which was great because our conference was inside the University. For the price we paid, perhaps bedroom slippers may be provided. We had the usual amenities though.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room size was enough for a solo traveller and very clean. The location is right in front of USC Talamban Campus and was very convenient.

I like the cleanliness of the room. Thr bed was cozy and the facilities are working well (flat screen tv, hot/cold shower, strong internet connection). I also liked the full sized mirror. i was not able to sleep well because of the noise from the outside. I can hear the voices of the people passing by, the sound of the vehicles is too loud. Also, i did not feel comfortable because i feel like i can be seen from outside since there was no curtains, only blinds. and it cannot cover the window/glass completely. The size of the room was enough for a solo traveller though but the ceiling was particularly a bit low.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It is also close to the front desk so I can easily make my inquiry when I need to. The location is not that far from the city center and easily accessible. The staff were also helpful and friendly. I had a hard time locating the hotel because the sign is too small to get noticed when you look for it. The name of the hotel is located at the same signage as the coffee shop which makes it difficult to see. I learned from the people I asked for directions that they also encountered other guests looking for the hotel. The room is not adequately insulated from road noise which is quite distracting and makes it difficult for me to get a good sleep. Since the hotel does not offer breakfast and does not have a restaurant facility other than the coffee shop, you have to explore farther away to find a decent restaurant to get a meal. There are street eateries nearby, however, if you're not that choosy.

A small closet or even a short rack for hanging clothes would be appreciated. The toilet needs a bidet and some hooks.
