Terrible place. My 1st and last to this place. I should believe on what I read on the reviews. Pension house is much better than this suites. The toilet bowl is terrible, scared to seat in the toilet. Room is old and the air conditioning is noisy. Not gonna stay here ever again.

The cons were TV didn’t work, had to pay for a towel they said u damaged but disagreed, and room condition wasn’t the best. Overall value for where you’re at is great. Good: free parking (first come), daily room cleaning, breakfast . Across the street from Ayala . My recommendation is don’t put towels on the floor like they request for dirty towels, they might get stained by the rough condition on the floor. Will use again if they welcome me

Loose toilet seat. Leaking bidet hose connection. No phone in the rooms to call front desk for assistance. Only one key card, additional key cards require a deposit. Wifi access codes provided are per device not per room. Codes do not always work, which require multiple trips down to the front desk to ask for more codes.

The rooms were big and old. No issue with it being old if only it was well maintained. The airconditioner in our room was functioning but veins were damaged. Lighting in the room was poorly. The heater in the bathroom was not working. Bathroom would also reek of pungent odor ecen if properly flushed. The smell of the hotel, even at the front lobby, was a bit off compared to other hotels I've stayed in. Hence, the price of our stay was not calue for money. 'Coz other than the convenience of location, amenities were subpar.

I like how cozy the room is and very accessible to establishments. The pool is clean but has no roof or beach umbrellas so it was too hot and sunny if you will go for a swim in the day time. Also, no Netflix.

It is spacious , accessible transportations to anywhere you go , staff are in excellent service … Our room has no microwave, no volt safe, and the bathroom design with shower that will make all the floor get wet not so safe, telephone has no access to outside line

The bathtub won’t drain and they weren’t able to fix it at night. No shower curtain that makes the floor wet. Also they don’t have a clear communication in the booking wherein we paid for 3 person with breakfast and they stopped us claiming that only 2 person was booked for breakfast. They should also include Cebu’s specialty on breakfast like the Cebu’s longganisa.

Location and the that the toilet has a jet spray The hotel feels old and a bit eerie. The toilet bowl is too old that the color/enamel has been ripped off the rim.
