Location wise very good, in the middle of the city. Friendly staff. There’s 7/11 with ATM downstairs so very convenient. Old facilities especially the TV, bathroom needs upgrading, also moldy bathroom.

Noise. We must of been on the only emergency route between hospitals as every 5-10mins ambulance sirens passing by 24/7.

Location near SM and Ayala. Free water. Limited channels available. Net is intermittent, not recommended for VAs or Digital nomad. No chairs available. Last time I checked some rooms have table and chair.

Hi, 1. For the room, it's nice, but hopefully you put Vidae in your restroom regardless of the rate; location is very accessible, no issue. For breakfast, the limited choices compared to other hotels much better. I liked the Location and the People were very accommodating.

Location is very accessible to major malls, sea ports and airports if you are using it as a transit point. The hotel staff were very helpful and courteous. The amenities needs some repair and TLC. Some fixtures were falling apart.

The breakfast offered at the hotel is quite satisfying, and the staff consistently demonstrate a high level of accommodation and courtesy towards guests. Their reliability in all aspects greatly enhances the overall experience. Everything's going great! No negative impression all through out our stay. everything is good and we really appreciated all the hotel staff for being accommodating we commend them all including the security guards.Our experience has been fantastic!

Access to malls The cable TV was not working during our stay. We booked 2 rooms and both don’t have working cable TVs. There were no towels in the bathrooms. It was only provided when we asked.
