I like the property however some equipments like the microwave is not working The Kitchen and the socket which is malfunctioned. But overall, it's a good place to stay

The entrance is easy to miss.

Free water dispenser. Chance to experience a local neighbourhood vibe. Would recommend paying a little more to stay in a hotel. This place is not for you if you want comfort Room was stuffy, no windows. Also very dusty, kept sneezing. Do not think about the towels when using. Blanket is not blanketing, aircon is not airconditioning.

Electric sockets which are very important were broken. Had to go to the management thrice before they gave us “extension wire” since the maintenance was not available until morning. But the next day, still the same. Also, no water at the kitchen had to inform them first and it took a few minutes for them to respond. No coffee too. You have to ask them first and sometimes it could be hard since they respond a little while. On our last day, the staff locked the door behind us when he clearly saw we were following him. We kept knocking and he just ignored us. We were just a frw steps away from him and he just came by our room. Thus it was impossible he did not see us. We just wanted to buy some snacks before we took off. And maybe ask some coffee since it was included in our booking.

It was cheaper than most. Clean and accessible.

Friendly staff. Free breakfast. Shower no water pressure couldn't have a shower. Very steep stairs.

I liked how it smelled nice when we first arrived. For its price, the room was pretty decent the most important thing its clean, as noticed. For less than 1k you can get a room thats already air-conditioned , location-wise its near ayala center cebu! There is nothing that I did not like about the room we got. Except maybe the last stay where I saw 1 cockroach inside the bathroom but we did not mind it, its pretty normal as Magabelle situates inside hippodromo a highly residential area. And it's not like we get a hotel quality room for less than a 1k price right so you really get what you pay for.

It’s affordable and the owner is kind and accommodating Mahina ung Tubig sa shower but overall it was good

The room and the rooftop view was breathtaking inside the city.

Clean & Affordable. Sari-sari store just downstairs. AC was good too. If I had to list something, then it would probably be the fact that the property is quite remote. Just ride a habal-habal to get to the property.

It is a budget friendly for a rush changes of plans. I haven’t check the exact location of the property. Grab car drivers are too picky to drop you at the property.
