Hotel Elizabeth Cebu

The room was nice and clean. Staff were very helpful. We feel safe in this hotel.

Great room very large size and all the amentias one would need. Comfortable beds and very strong good AC. Location is also nice close to everything and walking distance to the famous House of Lechon. Wi fi is very very poor I could not have a zoom meeting due to poor wi Fi. The worst part was the hot water in the showers was very unstable and not reliable.

Good location. That muggy smell in the room. Looks like the smell was coming from the floor carpet.

Polite staff - nothing else. Management doesn’t seem to care. A deeply frustrating stay plagued by poor service and maintenance issues. Day one involved a power outage where we had to navigate a dark, dirty stairwell. The internet was also completely naff throughout our stay. Our room was right by the smoking zone, so cigarette smells drifted straight into our room, and our children in a separate room also had a terrible night's sleep due to loud guests drinking outside. Reception was reluctant to send security. When asked about the 10pm–6am quiet hours policy typical of leading hotels, staff claimed they had one but couldn't actually explain how it's enforced. The day manager the next morning was completely oblivious and unapologetic. We paid an extra 1,500/night to upgrade to a junior suite on a higher floor just to get away from the noise, but the toilets in the new room blocked constantly. Unacceptable standards for the price. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone else—not even my worst enemy.

all was good I disliked the fact that the customer service was so poor - I was sure I included one child - my son for the reservation along with the four adults - having the junior suite. I WAS NOT COMPENT FOR MY 8 YEAR OLD CHILD'S BREAKFASTS. REALLY, AN 8 YEAR OLD IS GOING TO EAT THAT MUCH THAT I WAS CHARGED AND EXTRA 1000 PER NIGHT BUT COULD NOT GET BREAKFAST FOR MY CHILD. IS hotel elizabeth that needing - I have spent many times at this hotel and my wife and son are treated in such a way. You lost my confindence - I don't know if I will return over this lack of understanding.

There's one thing I would suggest to fix the bathroom mirror frame. Aside from that, excellent and I'll come back again on my next vacation. Thanks!?

Extra bed very expensive didn't expect the price and the trash can has no plastic in it.

Location close to mall. Large rooms Lots of roaches in our room. Worn down

The property is accessible and convenient within the area. This is my 3rd time statying in this hotel. I have a high expectation for the room as we booked Executive Suite. My disappointment is way above my neck. Too disappointed, the shower is too weak and dirty too many soap scum. The common kitchen faucet is about to fall off. The toilet flush does not flush too well. The main bathroom is moldy. The sofas as well as the kitchen chair, you will be buried when you sit down. I was expecting better room as it is Executive Suite. Frustrated.

The hotel is close to places where i wanted to go. The room we stayed in, when we arrived the dispensing shower gel/shampoo are empty. The AC is not functioning well, the room is too warm. The shower head in the room needs replacement.

I love the location of the hotel. It is excellent and very convenient for exploring Cebu. The hotel offers good value for the price. Special thanks to Lynn from the front desk; she handles guests very well. I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet. There is a good selection of food, and I especially loved the danggit! Upon entering the room, it didn’t smell pleasant. The carpet may need replacement because the room had a musty smell, possibly because it is poorly ventilated and there are no windows that can be opened. The room lighting is also a bit dim. The fridge did not smell good either, as if it had not been cleaned properly. One of the ladies at the front desk named Checkie was not very approachable. There was also another staff member at the breakfast buffet. I asked if they had hot milk, and unfortunately she simply said they didn’t have any. She didn’t offer to heat up milk or suggest any alternative. Even if there was an extra charge, I would have been willing to pay, but she immediately said no without offering any other option.

I ordered dinner from the hotel restaurant, it was served almost cold, luke warm, at best by the time I got it, I prefer my dinner served hot..
