Had a great stay! The staff were all very accommodating and friendly, which made the experience even better. The place was clean and well-maintained, and you can really feel that they take care of their guests. For the price, it’s definitely great value for money. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back.

2 towels were supplied for 2 people,they don't supply facecloths. hot and cold water were advertised but only lukewarm water at the sink and cold water at the shower. Breakfast buffet was mediocre , orange juice was fine.

Tissue in the bathroom was a left-behind of the previous occupant (like a quarter of a roll). I had to call Customer Service to request for additional tissue paper @ night. Its inconvenient.

Staff are very attentive and accommodating. We prefer breakfast buffet not plated. Also there’s no available hair dryer in the room.

The staff are good and polite. Near to city centre , shop and mall.. The room is clean and service everyday. Too far to main attraction like oslob. We booked 3 rooms, apparently you need to request for a kettle, cup and saucer, maybe complimentary coffee and tea. It is not present in the room when we arrive. No microwave but there is small fridge. No hair dryer, you need to ask them to provided it in your room. Not good if you arrive tired from long travel., I tought these stuff mention in hotel facilities is already present when you arrive.

Location is good price is good we booked for 4 adults and the room was big and comfortable. Staff very helpful getting Grab or taxi premises very clean and maintained Breakfast very basic coffee good

The hotel was close to the facility we had to go too. The rooms were clean with comfortable beds The bathroom and showers wood need some upgrading. The Ac was noisy and would be switch off by the staff so once we came back the room was hot.
