One bedroom apartment with kitchen and water jug dispenser. The bed was comfortable and place was clean. It is an easy 15 minute walk to IT Park if needed. The TVs didn’t work when I arrived but the staff was up to reboot them in minutes. ?

The unit looks nice and is freshly done. Location is awesome. However, old sockets with US style only was sad since I did not bring adapter. Could only use the socket under the TV in bedroom. On TV only netflix was working. Nothing happened when pressing the other buttons. Internet said strong but struggling to be used - so I had to use my own data on phone" There is very bad smell in shower area. Mold so I kept the fan on at all times. The hotel shoud know that THEY are obliged to give an Service Invoice, regardless of who handles the booking. BIR is very clear with this and I need the invoice for my work. You need to bring own cup or tumbler in order to drink water in the gym. How would I know, run back up for that?

Proximity to ayala malls The service was bad. Internet & phone services were cut off after 9 in the morning even if the check out is at 1100. Our access card was also cut off at 1000.We have to go down just to get someone to help with our luggage

Reported a concern to staff at the business center about a bright flash (camera?) I saw coming from the fire sprinkler in the ceiling at around 4 a.m. on my last day. After a bathroom break, I just happened to look up after getting back into bed and saw the flash. Very concerning. I have never seen any sprinkler flash before. Room 1918.

The value for what I paid and the service Immediately greeted by a boy dressed like a girl I found that gross and offensive, why does sex have to be a part of your first impressions of your establishment! Totally uncalled for I expect that from a cheap place in a bad neighborhood!

The staff and the location Our tv didn’t work, they had to replace it and there was little cockroaches in the utensil drawer There also was confusion about our stay, I booked a two bedroom but then they thought I canceled so they gave us two 1 bedroom apartment.

Location I travel a lot and this is by far the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. For the price, I didn’t expect luxury but the bare minimum level of cleanliness at least. We booked the 2BR apartments. It was shocking to see moldy doors, dirty floors and shower head. The iron was broken and leaking. There were cockroaches too. Somehow they thought it was acceptable to provide appliances (i.e iron and kettle) that can’t be used right away. We had to call housekeeping and request for adapter. When I called they were surprised and said, “ Oh you need one?”. Duh!!! These adapters should be readily available in the first place. We immediately complained but just received apologies and “thanked us” for bringing these issues to their attention. But it’s obvious that these issues has been unresolved for a long time. I was hoping the free breakfast was the redeeming factor. Selection was good. But the positive experience was cut short when they gave us SHEER scarves to cover up as if it’s the Sistine Chapel. Apparently we didn’t meet the “dress code” for breakfast. Seriously? In this heat?! With the mold and cockroaches?! The audacity! The hotel needs to DEEP CLEAN their apartments immediately. Their staff was really polite though but seriously Quest, get your priorities straight! CLEAN YOUR ROOMS!

Great Warm water took time to come during showers.

There’s cockroaches inside the toilet and kitchen cabinets, bedsheets were not clean and smelly. I came and stayed at the accommodation with my 10 month old baby and he had bites not sure from where.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment was full of pests, with cockroaches and bed bugs (in both apartments, even after we got moved in to another room). Issues with electrical, short circuits when use card to activate lights in the room. The on-suite wash basin was leaks. Pity, there was washing machine but no dryer.
