Many things the size of the unit. Comfortable and had everything you could want. WiFi wasn’t working as expected but seems could be an easy fix by upgrading the router

They are pet friendly. I hope they will allow medium or large size dogs.

The unit was very spacious. Though the building is old, the unit is very well maintained - very clean and neat.

The place is so serene & it is such a haven where utmost comfort have been experienced along w/ my family & sibling's family. It was an enjoyable stay. It feels like we are in the Manila Hotel in Intramuros. We will visit again sometime soon in this wonderful place.

The suite set up with the separate rooms and kitchen. Perfect for groups that want to be together but have breathing room. Perfect for families! Loved the water cooler and good air conditioning! Larger hot water capacity needed as well as a stopper for the sink. Needs updates (fresh paint), etc.

Super friendly stuff, nearby is the mall, very big apartment with nice furniture The bath and the toilets. One bathtub was defect, the other one had no warm water. The staff came 3 times, then we had warm water, but the water jet was really weak, it takes very long to fill the bathtub (More than 1 hour). Both bidet showers on the toilets didnt work properly, only drops came out. All the fittings were heavily calcified. Maybe we only had bad luck with our room (702)

As the room has a fairly well equipped kitchen, microwave, gas oven and toaster grill, large refrigerator, this is definitely recommended as a longer stay option and for families. Good wifi connection and large TV in lounge area. Both bedrooms had en suite facilities and the master bedroom's bathroom was very spacious, with bath and shower. Lots of cupboard space too. Guests can use the excellent paid pool facilities at the neighbouring Montebello Villa property, and pool fee comes with F&B consumables (great menu selection and service). Payment system was a bit complicated (need to add GCash system!) but staff (esp Monette) were patient and superhelpful. Signage could be improved to help locate the building, we found existing sign a bit confusing esp when arriving at night.

It is informed that there is a washing machine in the room. But actually nothing in the room.

The location was good and everything was just great We were told that we took one fork and had to pay for it which was just about crazy. It’s our fault as we didn’t check what was in the room when we went to stay. We didn’t bother and didn’t even know what was supposed to be in there for cutlery

personalised service. Monet and other receptionist are always at hand. The property is ageing but well maintained and always clean. Size is also great and love the decor!

Spacious, good reception support, facilities for cooking in place. Location a bit hard to find by taxis. Nearby shopping center is old with some questionable restaurants.
