I booked 2 x Twin bed room, given was 2x Single bedroom. Initially told us “no breakfast” finally provided breakfast for 1 person also not satisfied.

The staff were reasonably friendly and helpful regarding the hotel. Situated close to many shops, shopping centres and restaurants. They did change my room after the first night when requested. The 2nd room was quieter, and the shower worked properly. Generally clean. Over priced for what you get. Set back from the main road but my room the first night was still very noisy with traffic and the Cockerell that started at 4am and was still going at 8am when I asked for a different room. The shower in this room barely worked. No knowledge or help with travel plans. It was not in a great area for sightseeing.

It is very near malls and other select establishments. It also has a mini-restaurant and convenience store within the building. It also has a laundry store.

Very accessible. There is a laundry shop downstairs at P29/kg. There is also a cheap cafeteria within the building if you are on a tight budget, I paid P120 for a Pinoy breakfast (corned beef, egg, rice, water). Too strict with security. I had to swipe in and out every time I leave and arrive at the building.
