I like that all the amenities are working. The hot shower is functioning well. When we arrive, the exhaust fan in the bathroom is not working. There is this mold scent the first time we entered the room.

I like how everyone is very accommodating and very efficient. The place is good and very clean, the location is good too, transportation is not a problem for the location.

Too many loud sounds such as slamming doors, frequently echoed throughout the floor. The staff also made too much late night noise while cleaning the stairwell. AC was slow to cool.

If you want to be in the heart of Banilad, this is a great location. Really good Filipino breakfast and passible dinner if you want to eat in house. Lots of little issues that the staff addressed immediately. Almost everything broke down, but then the staff fixed it asap.
