Rooms were comfy and clean It was difficult to get my dates of stay changed. The worst part was the water smelled like rotten eggs... I wasnt sure if I even wanted to shower

I like that it’s downtown and close to where we need to be at Breakfast is too limited.

The staffs are good. Easy access to their restaurant. Beds are comfortable. The bathroom is not very clean and there’s no hot water. When you turn on the shower, the water smells bad for a few minutes. There was no toilet paper issued and when I ask for it, you need to pay P20.00.

Some areas in the room that I stayed in might need a few fixes i.e. the shower head that had idk something stuck to it but it was working fine.

Location is best choice as it’s in the Center of the city ,cleanliness is fair The staff who entertain us ,lack of customers service as I suppose to avail breakfast but instead of convincing me to buy at the hotel restaurant,she directly told me to just buy outside near the hotel as it’s just very cheap .She assumed from my looks that I may not be able to afford buying the hotel restaurant menus ?.

No hot and cold shower for the bathroom. The penthouse was not clean.

It is good its a bit closer to church and the city Okey clean hospitable people but missing no available sandals and a foul smell in the pent house

Everytime I.am at Cebu Citu I aleays booked in this hotel. Location is perfect. The staff is very accomodating. Even I come early they will kept my luggages until its time for.my check in time. nothing.

Mediocre rooms but it's a budget-friendly and not luxury hotel so I get it. It could be improved tho.

Location is very near to Pier 1. May 1 yr old son found a cockroach in the floor and he almost eat it.

Locstion I dont like the way the staffs attend to clients. The lady in the counter is rude and un apologetic.. [the short hair lady with glasses.. healthy… The room with the sprayed freshener smelt terrible and the oily floor felt yucky.. The hotel was used to be bery pleasant and clean and homey but current stays were a bit off..
