The beds were comfortable, the views from the top floor were cool, the amenities (the pool and gym) were great, the mall in the same building had nice and affordable stores and restaurants, and the breakfast (separate payment if not included) was satisfying and delicious. The AC seemed to be broken; every time my family or I increased the temperature of the thermostat in our rooms, it seemed to not change the temperature at all. So, it was cold the entire time, but at least we had AC. Anytime it got too cold, we just turned off the AC for a bit or got under our blankets.

The location the bed was comfy, good shower, breakfast was excellent, staff was great! The Ac from our bed was not working, but the living room AC keep the room cool.. it was a family room!

Booking, check in and check out was easy! Staff was courteous and professional. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast. The bonus was being connected to the mall that contained a Starbucks, a market, and currency exchange! We got the twin beds for our room which was on the 11th floor. The hallway carpet was dated and could use an upgrade. Our bathroom shower drained very slowly, and the water went into the main bathroom floor. The molding on the shower door needed replacement as you could visibly see stains. Both the shower door and the tile in the shower could've used more cleaning and sanitizing. I wasn't sure how clean the tile floor was so I always showered with slippers.
