Tom's Cabin Hotel

The property itself was neat, clean, and well-maintained. However, the road leading to the hotel needs improvement, as it was in poor condition. There was also garbage scattered along the surrounding area, which negatively affected the overall experience. Improving the access road and maintaining better cleanliness outside the property would make guests’ first impression much better. The amenities are available only upon request, which can be inconvenient since some essential items are not readily provided in the room. There were also no slippers provided, which would have added to the comfort of the stay. Another downside is the absence of a refrigerator, making it difficult to store food, drinks, or medications that require refrigeration. This can be especially challenging for guests staying for several days or those traveling with children. The staff were accommodating and responsive whenever we requested amenities. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but providing basic room amenities, including slippers and a refrigerator, would greatly improve the overall guest experience.

Nice and neat. The accommodation and staff are good but the road going to the hotel is not what I expected and needs to be cemented.

The location is Perfect for City tours. They don’t have a fully functioning restaurant. The restaurant only serves breakfast. So you need to go out or order online to get lunch and dinner.

The pictures on the website must have been taken when the place was new, definitely didn't look like that when I was there. Hot water didn't work, AC very noisy. Hair on floor. Just not good!

The distance between the toilet and the wall in the bathroom presented quite a challenge for a 6'2" 245lb American man when trying to use the commode. There wasn't a mirror in the bathroom. A mirror makes it easier to shave.

Location near the festivities as we attended the sinulog Wish they would have healthy choice in the breakfast menu.

The room was very comfortable with a queen size bed, very clean linens and towels. All the staff were EXTREMELY gracious, kind and OVER-the-TOP HELPFUL; everyone!! The neighborhood was very quiet too. Excellent stay and I'll be back! I was able to park my car in their secure area ! At check-IN none of my credit/ debit cards worked because of poor signal with their device. Had to pay cash which I found annoying. They told me I would have free breakfast, but the next morning they charged me p200 because online booking doesn't include breakfast.

There was a bed. My primary issue is that they do not provide an airport shuttle even with haveing that on the website. Also it was a Very very small room, nothing horrible about that but it was noticeably small.

the room was clean and the staff are so kind the price is too much prices i hope it will less also the tax too high also i was not expecting, that i pay 5k for only 4 nights ,

Very clean. The bed was comfortable. I love the pillows. Breakfast was the usual offering but okay. Staff were courteous, accommodating, and very helpful. The bathroom smelled bad. There was odor coming out of the shower drainage. The smell spilled into the room. The heater didn’t work and the lavatory didn’t drain well. These issues should be fixed before that room is given to another guest.
