The staff was the worst! We didn't enjoy our stay in cebu because we were late on our appointment! They served the breakfast so late! I kept calling and we waited for almost 1 hour just to get the food! EVERYTHING! FROM THE STAFF! ROOM AND FOOD! NOT BEING ATTENTIVE TO OUR NEEDS! NOT ACCOMMODATING! I SHOULDNT HAVE BOOKED THIS HOTEL! I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO MY FAMILY OR FRIENDS!

Location Room wasn’t ready at 2pm which is the hotel’s designated check in time. Asked to wait for another half hour but time was crucial as we had to go to the bank and attend a novena prayer. Need more power outlets. Had to unplug tv so we can plug the fridge and kettle. Fridge is so old, started to rust inside and out. Kettle not working properly. Had to keep pushing button down till water boils. Not enough pressure on the shower head. Requested change of towels but got forgotten. Quality of towels is no good. Need replacing with new ones. Got charged service fee when breakfast got delivered to our room.

than he gave me a lousy room with Aircon that made terrible noise, and 2 single beds saying thats all there is, if i have a booking for double,why don't you keep it till i come??? had to change my room 3 times that night, terrible experience.

The hotel staff were very nice. The pillowcases and bed linens were not as clean as those in the hotels I have stayed in before. The scent of the room was not very fragrant. I recommend washing the linens thoroughly and providing more electrical outlets for customers to charge their devices. As it was a family room, there should be an adequate number of charging outlets. However, there were only two in our room. Additionally, the towels were ripped. Please improve the quality of your service to better meet the expectations of your customers.

Staff were all nice and accommodating. Check-in and check-out process were smooth. Location is also good as it is near establishments. We availed breakfast and they were served on time. Hope they can also provide other toiletries like toothbrush and toothpaste but nevertheless, we had a pleasant stay
