Quiet end of Cebu. Newer building and rooms. Cleaned daily. Close to jollibees and laundry. Staff were lovely. Hot water played up some mornings. Buffet breakfast was limited for options. Curtain was broken so every morning the sun beamed through.

The location was great and the staff were kind. There was a mistake made that caused my family and I had to wait around 1.5 hours for the driver at the airport, which we had arranged with the hotel prior and they told me there would be someone there waiting for us with a placard. When I called the staff who answered was asking if I had confirmation numbers that I never received and then told a drive would be arriving in 20 minutes. We understand that traffic cause the driver to arrive later than promised but I believe there was a lack of communication that caused this mistake to happen and caused us a lot of lost time to explore the city. Lastly the rooms were a little too arm for our liking and feel they need to upgrade the units or include a second one for the other half of the room.
